Our home base, where it all started.

Carson Irrigation is headquartered in Little Elm, TX. We know this community inside and out, the clay-heavy soil, the new construction neighborhoods, and the older systems that need updating. When you call us from Little Elm, you're calling your neighbor.
From new master-planned communities to established lakeside streets, we cover all of Little Elm.
Little Elm is our home base, and we work on systems all across it, from Paloma Creek and Union Park on the east side to Sunset Pointe and The Tribute out along Lewisville Lake. Whether you're near the lakeshore, in one of the newer master-planned communities off Eldorado, or in an established neighborhood closer to town, our trucks are usually 5–10 minutes from your driveway.
Heavy black clay soil across most of Little Elm, it holds water against foundations and shifts heads every freeze-thaw cycle, which is why we trench to code depth on every install.
Little Elm water pressure runs on the higher side compared to nearby cities, which is great for coverage but hard on older valves and drip zones without proper pressure regulators.
Mix of new-construction master-planned communities (Union Park, Paloma Creek) and older builds near the lake. We stock parts for builder-grade and current-generation systems on every truck.
We handle Little Elm permit pulls and final inspections in-house, you don't deal with the paperwork on any new install or backflow replacement.
The issues that come up unusually often on Little Elm systems, and what we do about them.
"Newer Union Park or Paloma Creek homes with brown corners and overspray on fences"
Builder installs in Little Elm's newer communities are often under-zoned for the actual lot layout. We redesign head spacing, swap to matched-precipitation nozzles, and rebalance zones so every square foot of your yard actually gets water.
"Standing water along fence lines or low spots after every storm near the lakeshore"
Homes closer to Lewisville Lake sit on slightly lower grades and the clay holds water forever. We install French drains and channel drains designed for how Little Elm lots actually drain, not a generic template.
"Zones that won't turn off or won't start on homes built before 2010"
Little Elm's older neighborhoods have a lot of first-generation valves hitting end of life. Diaphragms tear, solenoids fail from local water mineral content, and controllers from the early 2000s start missing cycles. Most are quick rebuilds, not full replacements.
"A cracked or leaking backflow that traces back to a recent hard freeze"
We still see freeze-damaged backflows across Little Elm from the 2021 event, and every year brings a few new ones from homeowners who didn't winterize. If yours is leaking or was never properly drained before a freeze, don't run the system until we look at it.

Two things: coverage gaps on newer builder-grade systems (Union Park, Paloma Creek, Union Park) where the original head layout doesn't match the actual yard, and older valve failures on homes built before 2010. Both are quick, inexpensive fixes when caught early.
Yes. We pull the permit, coordinate the city's final inspection, and handle the paperwork. You don't deal with Little Elm's permit office on any new system, backflow replacement, or mainline work we do.
