Every install starts with a free on-site design walk where we measure your pressure, map zones, and give you a written quote with zone-by-zone pricing. No phone-quote guesswork.
Most residential installs are completed in 1–2 days. A small front-yard system can wrap up in a single day; a larger full-coverage install with backflow and smart controller typically takes two. We don't leave trenches open overnight where we can avoid it.
Yes — every install includes pulling the required city permits and coordinating the final inspection. In cities that mandate it (Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, and most surrounding cities), we also handle backflow device registration. You don't deal with city paperwork.
Rain Bird is our primary brand for heads, rotors, valves, and nozzles — wide parts availability and consistent quality. Rachio is our preferred smart controller for its weather-based scheduling and easy app control. Both work well for North Texas conditions and watering restrictions.
